John and Heide Douglas are the best in the business. I'd give them 10 Stars if I could. Quality, honesty, professionalism. I decided to have my 30 year old chairs reupholstered instead of buying new ones. They gave me a quote and that was the price. Done in the time frame they said. Pick up and delivery of my dining chairs. Quality workmanship, I couldn't be happier how my chairs turned out. Also a variety of material to choose from and all price points. I completely recommend Regal, they have been around for almost 50 years. I will always use them for my upholstery work and no one else. Thank you very, very much!!! Terry A.

Heidi was so professional in helping us select the perfect fabric for our dining room chairs. She asked all the right questions and allowed us to borrow samples of fabric to bring home. Regal picked up our chairs and after completing the job two weeks sooner than we expected, they delivered them back to our home. The delivery worker was friendly and careful. We are amazed and thrilled at the transformation of our chairs. They have been beautifully upholstered which has substantially improved the look of our dining room. Thank you Regal for the wonderful work and excellent customer service.
