Well what can I say besides you get what you pay for. My bus was delayed 2 hours and union station staff wanted us to sit outside in the cold so we wouldn't miss the bus since they couldn't announce when the bus would arrive. Take in mind it was quite cold at midnight. No food available for purchase no vending machines. Then you have the folks that are offering you green crystals out of containers with foreign language on it. I'm not sure what is was but I politely declined and moved lol. So much confusion lots of people missing buses because there isn't any clear signage and again they don't make announcements on a speaker , and buses aren't marked where they're going. This trip was quite an experience!
