Red Rock Repair

Friendly, accommodating, efficient, communicative, organized, conveniently located in Summerlin, and a clean shop that's also an authorized repair shop for Costco discounts. Just picked up the vehicle for what seems to be a fair price ... I'll let you know if repairs do not hold up. I have returned to Redrock a few times, and with my most recent issue...my Ford Expedition's intermittent hesitations ... I have lowered my review, where, after two return visits and approximately $2400, the problem isn't fixed. I feel like I just gave them money to try and figure out what was wrong, to no avail. They're in the dark. (In addition, they're no longer an authorized repair shop for Costco.)

Other than the receptionist, this was a first class operation. They were easy to chat with, used a cool process to show what they were working on by texting you an easy to follow text in which you can see whats happening along with pictures. The POC Billy was great at explaining things and when I had a question that he didnt have an answer too, he told me hed call back with a follow up. Never felt like I was getting played at all or they were chasing money. The initial receptionist I think was possibly new, but after I dropped my keys off, I was initially concerned that possibly I made a bad choice to have my truck worked there. But as previously stated the MX and service staff was exceptional. Ill definitely be coming back to them for my future MX issues, if I need them. I recommend.

Red Rock mechanic are INCREDIBLE. First they are organized, on time, thorough and HONEST! I have used Red Rock Repair for at least 6 years and on multiple vehicles. They always fix my car quickly and my cars run great after. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto maintenance
