        Out truck was restricting speed because of emissions.. stranded on the highway he told us what to do and where to meet him. He was honest and tried to get us back on the road ASAP. When he was unable to fix our truck he didnt charge us and even gave us a follow up call that night to make sure we were all good! Fantastic service and follow thru!

        This guy is the real deal. Knowledgeable, efficient and ready to work no matter the time. Very observant as well. As a dispatch manager for a medium-sized fleet, I am wary of OTR mechanics and their practices. This is one of the good ones. Helped me obtain the parts after hours and made sure I got a better price (does not always happen, so dont be upset if he cant get lower on yours) than what I was quoted from another parts supplier. He got the job done that no one else wanted to do. All in all, I would highly recommend these guys and I will be adding them to our preferred vendor list for future repairs in the Southern Nevada area.

      Thank you for your review, but with all due respect, I have to dispute this review. For one, you hired me for my services, and I provided that service. My services included replacing parts and giving advice. You had work done on your truck prior to your call to me. I helped find you a tow truck that could bring you in to town, and then I replaced the part you asked me to replace. I informed you that this was probably not the actual problem, and that there was separate work that would need to be done. Sure enough, the result was your truck not functioning as expected.Part of my occupation includes giving bad news, such as additional repairs, or other diagnostics. As such, it is not the fault of the mechanic, me, when the truck driver, you, does not listen to the advice rendered.To someone who may not have wanted to hear such news, I may have sounded rude, but I was being honest with you. And in an industry so filled with people ready to lie and give you the run around, you should be happy with the fact that I am so upfront with my customers. I won't try to sell any part or service that isn't immediately needed to get you back on the road.
