        Terrible.  Rented 2 pieces of equipment both failed (and replaced) within first week. Customer service was quick to blame us for problems, but both times techs came out- it was something wrong with their equipment and not us using it wrong. Then, someone from another company rented equipment and they put it on my bill in error. Went back and forth with them from October to February. Finally, they removed the thousands of dollars of charges that were not from our company, anyone from our company, definitely not the names of the 2 people authorized to rent, per their contract. Just a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
