They did a great job on the turf and pavers. There were hiccups along the way. But overall the pavers and turf and results look great. Thats not why i am giving them one star. I am giving them one star because while they removed my grass and put in rock and turf, they FAILED TO CAP THE OLD SYSTEM. As you can see pictures, pretty sure my rocks and turf dont need a massive puddle forming on them. I also had another professional come out to confirm thats whats happening. My water bill has tripled because of this massive leak under the rock and turf. My drip irritation system they installed has also failed to work consistently. On top of that. I hired them to plant an additional tree and shrubs. Set a date and they never showed up. Ive contacted Brian numerous times and he never responds. They should come out and cap off the old irrigation at no charge but i bet he will never contact me again to fix the issue. My tip: they will do a good job aesthetically but micromanage if they cap off old systems and run your new drip system right. Because all your new plants will die like mine did.
