        I placed an order 5 days ago and have not received a tracking number or even a confirmation email. I cant even get a hold of anyone to cancel my order. Going to have to make some higher priority phone calls if i dont hear anything soon.

        The Hoverboard may get great reviews, but their customer service department sucks. Tried calling and emailing them with a problem I encountered with an order. No one picks up the phone or responds to any voice or emails. Must be nice to not need more business
