      image Was waiting on another company from insurance. After 3 hours of waiting, we called and reached James. He said it would be a couple of hours but he referred us to another company. 15 minutes later, we were getting towed. Didnt get the experience of Tri State towing us, but the customer service to take care of us was exceptional. Theyd be one of my first calls next time!
