I had a blowout on I15 between I15 and 93, claimed they couldn'find me and said they couldnt keep looking look. They did finally, but it was very u.satisfactory service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Driver never showed up and said the service was complete.

Changed out my battery and fryed out my radio. Promised in writing to reimburse me for a replacement. Sent John the invoice and he shined me on for a month. Complained to AAA. Took months to get some to return my call. Was told I need empirical proof the battery change out caused it. AAA appears to be covering for their affiliate. $850 bucks new radio. Not pleased. They do the triple AAA service calls in my part of town. Needed a jump start as my battery was dead. Put in the call with AAA and was told to expect a 2 hour wait (this was at around 5pm), at 7pm I get a call from ABC dispatch asking me if I could wait until tomorrow morning because otherwise it would be another 2 hours. I needed to pick someone up from the airport at midnight so I said the 2 hours is fine but I need someone out here. They said ok. 2 hours later I had heard nothing so reached back out to the dispatch for an update and they were not responsive. Seems like they just shut down for the night. Horrible customer service. You can't just lie to people and say someone is coming when no one is and then just hope they go to bed or whatever. Don't agree to cover Triple AAA calls 24/7 if you are not equipped to do so. Thankfully I was able to call AAA back up , explain the situation and they sent one of their own trucks within 20 minutes. Pretty ridiculous. Service: Battery service
