Received exactly what I ordered with free battery. Only critique would be more shipping options.

Never ever order from this store, first off they do not disclose method of shipping finding out the ship usps ground after ordering (should at least ship air especially if someone orders on other side of the u.s), I ordered 800 dollars worth of items 2 weeks ago, I still have not received my order. Tried calling red tool store, no help, tried calling usps no help either all they say is its still in transit can't help you.

Received a defective product that they claimed was under warranty. Turns out Milwaukee wouldn't cover a replacement and Red Tool Store refused to replace the defective batteries they sent me. Avoid this company!

Avoid this Company dont let there cheap prices fool you. I have tried to purchase a 7 1/4 fuel circular saw twice. Using 2 different payment methods. Sent pictures of my Id etc to their 3rd party fraud team and both times they have cancelled my order. Taking a week at a time to do so. I will stick with home depot from now on.
