These people are thieves, I went to file my taxes and in addition to charging me 140 dollars, they were taking 240 from my refund. I realized right away and they said it was a thousand dollars fee. Since they couldn't justify it, they told me that I had to pay them 80 dollars more to receive the full refund, be careful, I made them with Doris in that office and I will never return

Wish I had read the reviews before going the first time! The negative ones are 100% TRUE!!! Martin knows what he's doing and is getting away with it. They're STEALING a percentage of our refund through some sort of loophole calling it "Fees" however, not telling us about these "fees" upfront. Then still charging an ADDITIONAL FEE upfront! Your 1040 form shows your refund amount, but they write a lower amount on your folder. Last year there was a $300 difference from what I should've received, on top of the $120 fee upfront. This year, since I'm getting more, there's a $440 difference plus the $120 I paid upfront.

They are a scam. They pay you with a company check and the check from the irs they keep it. They dont give you all your tax back, they only give you a little part and they keep the rest.

Whatever you do never come to this "business" to have your taxes handled. I was offered a refund amount $320 less than what the IRS is actually GIVING ME!!! This company has my bank account info and is able to deposit it straight to my account, it's making a stop in their account in order for them to collect their extra money. AFTER I paid $80 in cash as a fee to have them done I. Office, nice that the IRS is unable to track their cash right??? These people are stealing and are very quiet about it. I called to ask why the refund amount I am receiving is different from what I am actually owed, the owner told me - fees. What fees? I was never warned I would be paying $400 for filing taxes. After some research their bank takes $63.95 in electronic filing fees THE CROOKS STEAL THE REST! Maybe I need to explain this a little more clearly. These folks me is was receiving $4,400 for my tax return! When in reality my refund was $4,720. (Actual tax amounts are examples) They charge you $80 cash for their in person fee to assess your taxes and write your $4,400 return on your folder. When you would like to find out Wheres my refund? The $4,400 amount will not work!!!! Because the IRS is actually sending you $4,720. Martin V., the person stealing from everyone, takes $320 and pockets over 80% of the marked up fee. Just to update, I tried asking for my money back and never received a call back or any help from their owner. This business will steal from you!
