    I made an appointment to have my pool summarized and Splash made an appointment but never showed up. I called them and was told "don't call us we'll call you". Finally the Tech came out to watch an hour of "YouTube" on how to change a pool timer, he couldn't do it but did washed out my filters. Called Blue West Coast to get the timer changed to summertime hours, they came the same day and 5 minutes to change it. Splash asked me to remove an earlier post and would get it done, took the post down and Splash did nothing.

    Some of the transition from old pool company has been clunky. But Sanel the pool tech has been excellent. Very knowledgeabl and always takes his time to do the work well and explain things when there are questions.

    Splash has been bought by a new company and they are driving it into the ground. I have a different service tech every week. Before if the service tech noticed anything wrong, they would communicate that, now they dont. Now, if you would like to know anything about your own pool, they charge about $150 to schedule someone else to inspect it. Even if the issue is obvious, they do not tell you, i had to chase them down a few times asking them if my pool vacuum was working and they said they dont fix those anymore. Communication is there biggest problem and lack of detail now. I have a list of things they are no longer competent at but at this point I am too exhausted with them. I couldnt get my pool lights to turn on, I asked for their diagnosis and a month later, no one has written or called me or even checked on them although I have called plenty of times trying to follow up. Even their new receptionist seems lost everytime I call. Its unfortunate because they used to be great but it did not change for the better but for worse:
