Greencare Pool Builder

This Company is the worst. I was charged one price then they added an additional 10k never did they tell my husband that it was a new contract he was signing we had to pay in order from them to finish our pool. They did a really sloppy job. The worst customer service ever we had to be dealing with the manager. Because the guy that helped us was always gone. We had 5 other neighbors that complained about them as well. Ill make sure that if I buy another house and I want to built a pool I do really good research.. We cannot say enough nice things about this company! From our first meeting they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were told by several companies that what we wanted couldn't be done but Greencare made them liars! Not only did they design our backyard, the way we wanted, they did it in a way that saved us from having to replace windows. They were upfront with the pricing and also gave us a lot of discounts. The construction went smoothly and whenever we had a question they were addressed in a reasonable amount of time even on weekends and late evenings. We HIGHLY recommend Geencare!

We had called around to a few pool companies, to no avail. We were stood up for appointments, never heard back, or didn't get a call back as promised. Then I saw a lawn sign on Cactus for Greencare Pools. Not only did they set an appointment to look at the backyard and discuss options right away, but they were knowledgeable, up front, and welcoming from the first interaction through project completion. The design process, design changes, and options were explained and followed through, and honestly were effortless for us. We were very nervous making such a permanent decision to our house, but we are beyond happy with the process, the job, and communication we received from Greencare. Thank you for turning our boring, useless backyard into a beautiful oasis for the kids to spend the summer in! You guys rock!

it is quite of a journey going through great lengths with these guys... Greencare pools did deliver the dream backyard pool we've been aspiring to have since owning a home... highly recommend them to anyone who wanted an in-ground pool installed. they're so responsive to last minute requests and they will definitely make your vision come to reality!!! Greencare did a great job on my front yard renovation. See photos before they start, during and after. You can clearly see GREENCARE did the work there workilers and dump trailer is in photos!
