Desert West Surgery

I want to thank Dr James Lovett and his staff. l was very nervous regarding the surgery and they made me feel very calm. Dr Lovett removed my Gullbletter yesterday. I feel like i didn't have any surgery at all. I would recommend Dr. Dr Lovett plus his staff. Thank you. .

We were 2 hours early and live in Henderson. Staff informs us that we will be seen early and the doctor is not even here yet. Awesome I thought! 2.5 hours later we were called. I expected to get in early not because we were early but because that is what we were told. There was no water to drink. The bathroom water was super dirty and had It in the line, soaking my clothes and shoes. Unacceptable Not even an apology.

Well, I'm not really happy with the customer service provided by Erika, the "Office manager." I spent more than an hour just to get a room and the treatment of the manager was awful. Unfortunately not really recommended at all

This office is a train wreck. Waited well over an hour from my appointment time, not to mention the extra 20 minutes they wanted me there before my appointment time. Got tired of waiting so never saw a doctor.

Let's start off with the fact that I was 2 hours early didn't even realize apologize profusely. The ladies at the front desk inform me that's fine we'll get you in early the doctors not even here yet that's great thanks I say. So it's after our appointment time we're still not in we watch 15 people walk in in front of us they didn't even have the courtesy to tell us to come back at 10:00 when your appointment time is maybe you can go somewhere and have something to drink. Just look at the videos and the pictures there is no water here to drink there's nothing available and the bathroom water is like nothing I've ever seen I think we're in Flint Michigan. I even asked her what the deal was why didn't you just tell us to leave we're over an hour away from our home. Unacceptable.
