Apache Stone - Las Vegas

All the staff who serve always have a bad attitude as if you were going to borrow money from them, very arrogant and unprofessional, terrible place.

We had stone ordered and sent to our home in Utah. Shipping was $500, when the stone arrived it was severely damaged, boxes mangled, most of the corner pieces we needed were broken. I recorded the offload from the shipping company, they wrote on their records it was damaged at pickup. My husband called to get a resolution dozens of times, talked to managers but no one ever got back to us or corrected the issue. Word of warning to anyone considering purchasing anything from this company, take your business to a company that has even a little bit of customer service.

Tried calling this place multiple times on multiple different days with no answer. They say they are open but they are not open during their posted business hours. We drove all the way from Henderson to this place and still not open during posted business hours. We arrived at 8:25 when it said they opened at 8 and all the gates were closed. Its unfortunate as we were very ready to purchase some materials for a project we are starting next week.

Not happy with their hours of operation Typically when a business closes at a certain our they should actually do that These guys close 15 minutes before closing time Some of us are hustling driving all the way down here, knowing that they dont close until 4 like the Google page says And what happens they close the doors 15 minutes prior Its OK if you guys wanna do that just change your hours of operation so we dont have to drive all the way out there
