Nice store, clean & well organized, employees are very nice and take time to explain things about the products and how they fit. Very helpful in finding what youre looking for.

I agree with a lot of the reviews about the customer service in this store. I try so hard not to get offended, but it's so unfriendly. I love the clothes, but I HATE shopping here. You would think this area would demand great service. I'm confused why Athleta corporate doesn't do anything about it. The employees are so creepy. They stare at you and rarely offer help. I've tried to shop here 4-5 times at different times of the day, and it's always bad.

The lady who helped me was so rude, I wish I would have gotten her name. Not coming back to shop here because of her. Asked her to put my return on a gift card, and instead returned it to my moms credit card and then said she couldnt do anything about it. Truly poor customer service and now I have to have my mom order everything online and it takes weeks to deliver a serious inconvenience and she couldnt have cared less.
