The Sports Bar at Mirage

Upon sitting down I was greeted within 5 minutes and politely asked what I would be having. I decided to play the bar slots while enjoying the beverage. After the first and only drink, I was completely ignored for approximately 30 minutes. There was a shift change with bartenders, the second bartender seemed to go entirely out of her way to not even acknowledge me. The two customers two seats to my left were in pure heaven, they had her attention the whole time. She even went out of their way to make sure they had a players card to get free drinks... So I know she's capable of good customer service. I asked her directly why she ignored me, her explanation made zero sense considering the two customers beside me are receiving service. I did unfortunately curse, explaining to her that it is f***ed up to intentionally ignore a customer. She handled it well though. As a unity card member I'm disappointed, as a human I'm disgusted.

Wow! I never complain about anything but really? Arturo was honestly the rudest bartender I've ever met. We walked away cause we couldn't take it anymore. It's a shame! The Mirage has always been one of my favorites.
