Shift change is rough. The waitress leaving has mentally checked out and can't wait to leave while the waitress coming in doesn't know when the check is closed and should begin serving us. Waited 30 minutes with an empty glass, finally flagged someone down and ordered, and then recieved drinks but the food we ordered never arrived. She said the food was delivered to another table. The food we did receive was prepared well and I don't want to punish the rest of the staff for the poor service at our table so I guess an average rating is fair although I'm tempted to rate one star since we did leave and went to The Bar on LV Blvd which is always great service & food. Edit 4/9/24 Decided to give it another shot. The hostess was friendly and sat me right away where I sat for 17 minutes before I was acknowledged. I ordered a beer which took another 10 minutes. I don't understand. Service here used to be so good. When is the right time to come to get served properly? Live update to the last... Been here 39 minutes and someone just asked if I'd like some food. She took my order and came back a minute later to ask me to close out with her because it's shift change. Now if I give her a crap tip for her poor service she's going to tell the incoming server I'm a jerk and I'm going to get continued bad service so I have to tip on the bad service I've already recieved. This restaurant used to be run well and had great servers (Autumn, Alyson Marie, Hayley, Champeaux, Presley). It's a shame to see what it's become. Live update #2... Food order was incorrect. Now I've tipped the original server on bad service and the wrong food. Asked to speak to a manager. They never came. No one cares. This has obviously just become a place to hang out to watch somewhat attractive women walk around with the expectation to get paid because they're pretty. Don't expect much else.

Ana was amazing. She was super friendly and whatever we needed she was on it. Ask for her if you stop in. You wont be disappointed. Than like you Ana!!!

Kelly is a great server, she was very professional and had a positive attitude I will definitely be coming back :)
