The solar systems have delivered as promised or better production. My power bill to NV Energy is virtually gone!

Company was not very easy to work with, whole process was a hassle, and after talking with some of the workers they seemed upset with the company which to me shows that the problems go even deeper than just the customer level.

My contract was signed in Novemeber and I'm still waiting for my solar to be turned on. At first I didn't have a problem with the company or the pricing, it seemed fair in the marketplace. But they have no communication with each other. One person contacts me and promises the inspection will be done in December so I can get my solar credit, then they ghost me until February. I offered a down payment expecting my solar credit for this year but the delays mean I won't get it until next year. They have no empathy or care that it has put extreme financial hardship on me and have offered no solutions to my complaints. Edit: upon bad review on Google, the company reaches out to me. Although several attempts through their emails was not sufficient. The company promised me their 90 day GUARENTEE but nothing more. So after 54 days of no solar passed 90 days they didn't think to compensate me through something as simple as bird netting. I was not aware that bird netting wasn't even included with solar, which is strange because I picked NV solar for their 20 year warrenty. anyway, the techs were more respectful than say cable techs. They always asked whether or not to wear shoes inside or not. They seemed like very nice guys. But after solar was installed we had to go on the roof to install bird netting and we found dozens of broken tile that was not addressed at inspection. They did come to replace tile without hassel. And after speaking to other people who have had solar placed by other companies, it is apparently common to have unaddressed broken tile. So if you do get solar, don't trust the techs and check for yourselves. Overall the promises needed to be called out. Nobody would have given us reimbursement if we didn't call. I would have thought about also getting the battery through NV solar after a couple years if my energy needed it, but they have lost my trust and respect. If they wanted to keep a customer there were many ways to try and save this relationship. 2 months later edit: a new roofing company had to come out to replace the tiles on our roof because the original company didn't respond. They found 80 broken tiles to replace. Before the panels were up we had no broken tiles. The new roofer replaced the tiles in a timely manner. For bird netting nevada solar essentially refused to install it for us, so we have gotten quotes elsewhere. We were notified that the solar panels were split up in such a way that they required double the bird netting if they were installed correctly. So that's probably why nevada solar refused to do it. But I don't even care because I wouldn't trust their work anyway.
