After providing them with an opportunity and arranging an appointment, they failed to honor it. Furthermore, they sent me an unpleasant message stating that multiple law firms had referred me to them, expressing uncertainty about reaching out due to my perceived lack of understanding. Had they kept the appointment or taken the time to review my paperwork, they would have realized that addressing me as "Mr." in the text was incorrect. This incident highlights their firm's lack of attentiveness. Considering this, why would I even consider utilizing their services?

They are anything but professional Noel Anschutz, is the most disrespectful human being Ive ever talked to. She and her group are not attorneys they claim to be but they are all low level paralegals not attorneys with bars. They are disrespectful to my grandma that is disabled. I filed a report with the Nevada state bars and also with Nevada Secretary of State. I also placed a complaint at the Las Vegas mayor office

Noel, the owner is very disrespectful. She verbally abuses her clients she does not care about your case. She doesnt care if youre disabled, she will abuse you verbally Miss appointments and never follow through with commitments.

I always had to reach out for any contact. No leads on what was happening or new information for the time I was with them; I was told to just wait and after moving to a new place September they only contacted me through traditional mail to notify me of it closing October. I have my phone and email listed for contact. I always felt like I was fighting harder for my case since day one so, just triple check your own case and move along if it feels stationary.
