        The package was delivered by third party the last 80 miles. Package was brought to the driveway but the driver would not drive to the house. They were about 80 yards shy. I understand not handling the unload but they made my brother take the crate off the truck single-handedly. Not impressed at all.

        Mitchell and the whole Navis team have been nothing but great. I have used there services a handful of times and I got my package fast with no issues. They were able to pick up, pack , and send my package from Las Vegas to Michigan. I recommend using their service if ever needed.

        Unfortunately, a team member I will not name here was incredibly unprofessional, hung up twice on me, and frankly, didn't seem to care. I find that surprising, considering each Navis location is a franchise and independently owned.
