The girl in there will steal your stuff. I sent out 4 packages one came open and one went missing.

I went into this UPS store to return a package the was delivered to a property I had recently purchased. I explained to the associate that was helping me that the package needed to be returned to the sender, because the person it was addressed to no longer lived at the property. The associate asked me if I had a UPS account. I told her I had one, but it had been years since I used it. She asked for my phone number, so I gave it to her. She couldn't find my account so she asked for my ID. I asked her why she needed my ID, since all I was doing was dropping off a package that needed to be returned to the sender. She told me I had to pay to have it sent back to the sender. I told her that was absurd, and the most ridiculous think I've heard in a while. I asked, why would I pay to have a package I have no affiliation with returned to the sender? She said if I didn't pay, that the package would be shipped to me again. I told her that would be a waste of the UPS driver's time, and I would be bringing it back if she did have it shipped to the address again. I left the store, and two days later the package was back at the address. I took the package to a different UPS store and the person gladly received it and marked it "return to sender" without delay. The associates at this location needs training in customer service. Very disappointing!

Rep inside was very nice but I had just gotten into Vegas and needed to overnight documents to hawaii. I dropped them off Thursday at 4:45 but it didn't get picked up by ups until 5:45 PM Friday so now my next day air I paid for is 4 day air and won't be delivered until Monday. On the east coast all last pick ups are 5:30 so I'm shocked to find out here on the west coast it takes so long to next day air something.

I dropped off a few Amazon returns. The store was empty but the employee was too busy having a conversation about Nespresso coffee to put a label on my packages and close it up. My Amazon returns are currently lost and Ive had to make several phone calls to have my return processed. Im not sure what the employee did with my packages. The UPS store on N Aliante Parkway always has amazing and friendly customer service. Ill be sticking with them.
