This company does not even deserve 1 star. I am filing my third claim on a missing package. Three missing packages now with the same items I've been trying to get for the past month. They deliver to the wrong spot every time. I even updated my shipping and put DELIVER TO OFFICE. I called customer service and spoke with an actual person and asked them to make sure the driver delivered to the apartment office. They still can't figure it out. I just received another proof of delivery photo that the package was placed outside the main entry door of the entire apartment complex and it's gone again.

The WORST!! Waited online for over an hour, twice! Continue to be transferred from one Rep to another. They dont answer the phone on the weekends either. Tracking number sat in pending status for two weeks. Phone Reps are useless. They read the script and transfer you.

I ordered $400 worth of sake for Christmas present. Was shipped from sake company in California to Las Vegas. Gls never notified me that it was going to be arriving that day. I recently got eye surgery and was at doctor checkup. So no one was home to sign for the alcohol package with signature required per drop off. Later that night I get a email from gls stating it was delivered? I called the sake company to ? Whats going on. I was given a link to gls and it showed a forged signature by the driver. So I asked my neighbors for footage if anyone signed the package and it clearly shows him going up to our door to ring if someone was home and no one was home and he left. He didnt even attempt to bring the heavy 10 bottle sakes out his delivery . This company is a complete fraud. You can tell by all their reviews. Literally hundreds of victims with similar stories . How is this company still operating with this much shady drivers and policy/standards. Not to mention the 30 minute waits on connecting with a live dispatch. Got hung up twice and made me do the call all over again. I finally told dispatch what is your name and immediately asked for supervisor and finally didnt hang up on me. This place is super shady, company and customers please be aware and dont use this company. Too much headache with dealing with them criminals!

They have the worst customer service, i spent so much of my time waiting for someone to answer the phone. Once it ringed and sounded like it was going to connect me with someone, they hung up the call.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS STAY FAR AWAY! THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU YOUR MONEY. I WORKED FOR THEM AND NEVER GOT PAID! THEY USE ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY! IN THE STATE OF NEVADA IT IS ILLEGAL TO NOT PAY. IM CURRENTLY STARTING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM! AVOID TAMMY & MANDY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
