You must pay an additional "handling fee" to have items shipped to the hotel. $7 for a padded envelope less then a pound, and I was informed they charge by weight. That's in addition to the normal FedEx shipping cost you paid when you shipped. For this "fee" they don't deliver it to your room. They don't "do" anything... You just walk up to a counter and they charge you too give you the package you already paid shipping on. Pretty ridiculous..

I tried to ship a package to a Bellagio guest First Overnight (8am) but Fed Ex doesn't deliver it to the Hotel, it delivers it to this Fed Ex Center inside the hotel which doesn't open until 9am so my package doesn't get delivered. If your going to offer First Overnight to a location then you should make sure that your Fed Ex office is even open at that time :/

They reply to about 20% of emails directed to them and the only safe way to get a response is through the bellagio concierge who are superb. I emailed them directly weekly about a parcel which they then returned to sender saying it had been there a month. Dealing there in person you have to ask them to check repeatedly for parcels and then Hey Presto here it is. Not a one star review because ...I dont know. Incompetent but not rude, at least.
