    On April 3rd 2024 I tried repeatedly to phone the CubeSmart on sunset road in Las Vegas Nevada to speak with someone to let them know I was on my way to do my paperwork and also to bring belongings of mine to my unit. I had previously not been to this Cube Smart in the past. Upon arriving I had to wait for 30 minutes as I had been calling prior to my arrival and couldn't get anybody to answer for approximately an hour once I got there the clerk showed up 25 minutes before her close of business to which she said that she just got back and she'd only been gone for a very minimal amount of time which I knew not to be the truth but for whatever reason I guess she chose to tell me what she told me. I gave her my name and she pulled up my reservation and she started going through the process of telling me what the agreement was and what it would cost on a monthly basis and what the move-in cost was at 50% and 35% off for the first month I had also the day before on April 2nd 2024 received an email from CubeSmart stating what my move in balance would be. Well unfortunately for me that is my email that I received and the amount the clerk was telling me had two different zip codes neither were close to being the same amount of money. I requested to know why she was now telling me one bit of information which did not coincide with the information sent to me allegedly I'm assuming by a CubeSmart corporate or whoever does their reservations and whatnot. After repeatedly going over this with her I asked for their home address of their corporate offices which she stated were in Pennsylvania, I don't know this to be true or not because I have yet to have the time to check into it. However, I did state to her that I was going to be sending in a complaint as to their practices and wanted to know why it is that their corporate offices would allow such flagrant inconsistencies in information they put out to the public. As it was I had to go around to everybody that was with me helping me move into the storage unit from my house and get enough money to come up with so as to pay the amount because she told me also that if I don't show her my declarations page on my homeowners insurance that I couldn't rent. I think I am speaking for everyone who is in a position of inquiring of a company that they intend on perhaps doing business within the future that said company should obviously put all information out there and I mean all a l l a l l information out there so that the person knows what they're dealing with ahead of time instead of having to wait until they get there and then they got to scramble to make things happen. I do hope this review gives individuals at least an insight as to and I'm not saying practices of every CubeSmart either franchise or individual company owned by individuals or whatever the situation may be actually across the board any company. People need to take a look at this and they need to be upfront from the get-go and perhaps they would have a more committed clientele that would stay with their company because as it is right now I don't plan on staying after my first month. You know perhaps if CubeSmart was to issue some sort of at least an apology for this clerks behavior and quite frankly the only answer that she could come up with in telling me about the situation was quote and quote "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry". It's obviously the training. Spent on this individual was not worth it on a corporate level because the money expended on individuals to train this person well I'm sorry but it didn't happen, either that or she can't pay attention.
