        Move in process on line was excellent, account setup on the app for accesses, and friendly staff...although I never met one. Communications on the phone only

        When Storage west managed this property the costs were lower, and the facility was in the exact same condition, cubesmart painted the buildings; upgraded nothing else and raised the costs far above the local market costs of similar sq.ft. Rental units. No additional lighting, no old exit/entry gates replaced for ease of use; literally nothing except a coat of paint. Had rented here (business use) since 2010, never missed or a late payment. The new lady in the office does her job ok but has a bad negative attitude to my employees and myself on multiple occasions.
