        I went in looking for a storage unit for my 23' travel trailer and Jeep Cherokee. Tori showed me 5 different units. There were some negative things making some of the units less desirable. There was a dip in the driveway making it seem like it possibly might be more difficult to back in or back out on a few units. On some units the owners of the adjacent units seemed to not know how to park straight or weren't able to stay withing the confines of the unit markings while backing up into the unit (a person backing into his unit and swinging out further than his unit's width). The unit, I selected seemed like it might be easier to get into or out of whether I backed into it or pulled into it. Even though Tori was new to this particular facility, she seemed very knowledgeable about storage facilities to be very helpful. She had been an employee of Extra Storage, which had just acquired Life Storage and this particular facility. She was very friendly, professional and courteous. While we were doing my paperwork, a customer came in who was very unfriendly and slightly demanding. I suggested that she take care of him before finishing with me. His storage unit had to be repaired, so he was getting new keys for it. She promptly and professionally took care of him to resolve his problem. He didn't demonstrate any gratitude to Tori for taking care of him or for me letting Tori take care of him before finishing up with me. Common courtesy would be saying a simple "Thank you", to someone who did something for you. She didn't let his rudeness effect her. Now a days, manners and customer service seem to be a thing of the past. Tori greeted me with a smile and a kind word. Did her best to answer all my questions and took care of me. It was a true pleasure dealing with her and your company.
