        5 stars all the way. The facility is clean, very safe. The gates are secure. The elevators are large enough to get all your stuff in and up to the floor. The office staff is just SO NICE. Rhiannon has answered every question I've asked and she's so polite and sweet. It's obvious that she loves her job and she's good at it. I've referred a few people that just moved into town to store their stuff here. Highly recommended!!

        So far so good. Got a good deal to sign up and up until now no issues. Word of a rent increase is why I gave 4 stars. Rhiannon is awesome, shes been helping me since day one. Shes probably the only reason Ill stay if the increase happens.
