WOW..Amazing customer service. I am very pleased, with using this storage. The manager was very clear and professional. In dealing with me. She goes out of her way to assist the customers. I very much recommend this company and the staff for renting storage. I will be referring friends and family to use this company, if they need storage in future.

One year ago I took storages there and I stayed there for almost 2 years as a manager there the woman who served me was so kind to me, and so helpful that when I needed another storage, I went back to the same place. I rented the same truck and Im so happy to be there because of the way she treated me and my company I highly recommend this location to anybody people there are wonderful

Rented a unit yesterday. Dealt with Maria. She was very professional and helpful. She showed me the unit and explained in great detail everything I needed to know. It was a great experience.

Whatever you do dont store your stuff here. I pay then literally the next day they say we owe money. Then when I send proof they say well fix that. Then the next day they say your past due on your payment. How I just paid. Then I get texts and more calls. Every week they tell us we owe money and I have asked several times for someone to send me a ledger or report showing how many times Ive paid and no one can seem to give it to me that and when I ask what date every month my payment is due and how much no one can tell me that either. Every time you call you get someone new and the last person of course hasnt noted your acct because they act like they dont understand whats happening. Then they say well fix it and then more calls your past due.
