        This is the first review Im ever written. The Hispanic lady making the subs is absolutely rude, I placed a mobile order for the first time. Im severely allergic to onions and I put in the the special Instructions to not include onions. Well she put onions on my sandwich, I understand we all make mistakes. But I called into the store respectfully to see if I can get my sandwich re made and she was nothing but rude, she made me feel as if I did something wrong. She even tried to say I didnt put no onions on the special instructions when it clearly says no onions on the top of the receipt. Im disgusted. I promise I wont be back to this location

        Ordered at drive through , lady was very unprofessional. I ordered 2 sandwiches off the menu told her i wanted it just like the picture she put all of the subway ingredients in my sandwiches. And my other sandwich had a red hair in it. I called immediately no answer. Left my name and number 2 days later and still no call back and they don't answer .

        Rude staff who were lazey made sarcastic comments tords us an gave us a unpleasant experience. It wasn't the food it was the customer service that was a Fail!!!

        2:30am, went to get something to eat here. Walked up to the door, pulled the handle, it's locked, that's understandable. The lady behind the counter saw me, continue making subs, looked at me again, finished making the subs, then walked to the back and never came back out.
