a few years ago, i bought a set, and it was good, but now they want over double the price for the same thing! they won't pick up the phone either. it's sad to see how greedy some companies are now.

scam, buyers beware! My bank had to open a fraud case against them, been waiting since July for two day shipping It's been over 4 months.

Im quite annoyed. I was sent a less expensive set of plates than the ones I ordered, and was told they were the same plate. After proving that they werent the same plate they said they were going to issue a return label, which didnt show up until I inquired again about it. Now Im told that I will be issued store credit once they receive the wrong plates back. Then I can reorder the correct plates again and just pray that the right plates get shipped out I guess. My brother ordered the same plates as me a couple days later and received the less expensive plate also. My theory, which I hope is wrong, is that this is an intentional choice on Battle Steels part to profit more from customers who dont realize its a cheaper plate. Then when someone does confront them about it, instead of just sending out the correct plates, they keep your money and issue store credit. Now my money is tied up and I risk the correct plates being out of stock by the time they get the wrong plates back. Im also concerned that the wrong plates will show up again. I hope this will be resolved so I can update this review.

I had an excellent experience with my purchase from Battle Steel! I often have some hesitation when buying from a new site for the first time, but my purchase went about as smooth as one could ask for. The order confirmation was sent, I got multiple updates on when my item shipped and with the included tracking, as well as once it was delivered.
