I recently moved here from CA to a house that I didn't know needed a replacement of the underlayment. This requires what's called a full lift and reset of the roof. I looked online for roofers to do the work, and found two, but they were weeks away from being able to give me quotes. I asked on a couple of local forums I am part of for recommendations, and only received the one for Cooper Roofing. I asked for, and received a quote within a couple of weeks, then made my decision based on meet and greet, price, and the fact that I had gotten a recommendation for Cooper. The work started and finished within the proposed timeline of 5 days, and only went over a few hundred dollars due to needing to purchase plywood to replace rotted areas of my roof which was previously agreed upon. Cooper sent friendly, and professional employees to do the roofing install, and it wasn't uncommon to be greeted on the way to work, and coming home after work. All I can say is if I could give an 11, I would... Communication = 11 Work Performed = 11 Friendliness = 11 Price for work performed = 11 Timeliness = 11

Our roof looks great. Very professional. Great customer service. The price was very reasonable. The roofers did a great job cleaning up. Our yard looks better than before they started. Highly recommend.
