After working with Tim Novak who was so responsive and professional, but left the company at the end of the year, Tony in the office, took an entire week to respond to 10 phone calls / 5 emails and 2 texts. This company has no sense of customer service. I hope you all have a different experience. Rich Blunk was never able to respond to emails and phonecalls.

We hired The Roof Doctor to repair our old (leaky) patio roof and are extremely pleased with the outcome. Starting from the quote we received from them to the excellent communication, craftsmanship, and completion of the job, every part was carried out well. For any upcoming roofing requirements, we'll definitely enlist their services again.

We hired The Roof Doctor to reroof my Mother in Law's roof and they have been nothing but great. Lance provided the quote and made us feel like we were a priority. They used a drone to look at the roof, take pictures, and do thermal imaging. The crew redoing the roof worked hard and knocked it all out in 3 days. Tim was a pleasure to work with as well. Lance showed up 2 days after our appointment. Was rude argumentative and cocky. He didn't climb in my roof. He simply gave me a price and left. He's very unprofessional and isn't to be trusted.
