Got there at 1140 twenty min before they closed. They did they only had whoppers left. And no fris and they would not make any. What a joke for a place. It's called fast food for a reason. Will NOT EVER go again!

This BK is highly inconsistent in terms of food quality. Usually it's pretty bad though ngl. Been here twice just recently and the staff usually looks like they would rather be anywhere else, but working in customer service, I can't blame them. However, it doesn't make for running a very good business

So disappointed with the wait at lunch today. Ordered and paid on the app. From starting in line to getting our food was half an hour. If the order hadn't already been paid for on the app I would have gotten out of my car and made the people behind me back out so I could leave. The food was only ok. The typical whopper was dry and the bread was old. Very unsatisfied with everything.

Slowest "fast food" place ever!! Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Ordered Diet Coke and got regular coke. Bread was stale, no ketchup or mayo on the burger, and burger was smashed.

I don't normally eat fast food but when we do we go here, only thing disappointing is that this is the second time I ordered and paid for chicken nuggets and didn't receive them. But I should have checked the bag before I left the drive-thru. My wife always reminds me but I and me trusting kind of guy. This is the second time out of six times a year we go it's not a very good average otherwise they I would have given them five stars.
