Our first experience with Resorts World was wonderful! We had a fantastic room with awesome views. Our room was upgraded from Conrads to a Crockfords room for just 17.00 more. We did not have to pay for valet service and our room was great. The hotel/casino was beautiful and clean. The bell hop who brought our luggage (Josh) couldnt be nicer. He was very informative about the area and the room. He was very helpful, professional and nice. Housekeeping was great and the valet service was great and the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. It was the nicest hotel room Ive ever had. My son loved watching the planes come in to the airport. The restaurants in the resort were overpriced but still good. All around great experience.

We have been to Vegas three times and have already tried out a few hotels. This time it was the new rooms in the Paris Versailles Tower and Encore. We really liked the Crockfords, especially the separate check-in and the great room "already a standard room" with a Nespresso coffee machine, separate refrigerator, free water every day and then all the things in the bathroom. If you sign up for the loyalty program, the parking fee is free, which is a great thing. Pool area also great as well as casino, great for roulette with video tables starting at $1. The only thing that wasn't good, like almost everywhere in Las Vegas, is the breakfast option. We would have liked the lounge at Crockfords or a separate option just for Crockfords guests, which should correspond to the class of the hotel. We will be back

Everything was GREAT!
We had to put our heads down when passing by some places, but it was probably one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Thank you, Crockfords!

Whole place was really clean. Rooms were dope and well kept
Rooms: Huge rooms, solid work space, nice view
Nearby activities: It's Vegas, you know the activities
Safety: The biggest danger is yourself gambling
Food & drinks: Food was really good, love the choice of restaurants and food court
