My husband has been to this facility 3 or 4 times now and each time he is very well taken care of. P.T. works with him to get him stronger, he likes the food and the staff treat him very well. Each time that I needed help or answers, it was taken care of immediately. I want to Thank Donna May for our most recent interaction. I reached out for help and she immediately took charge and got my husband admitted without any hiccups. Encompass is our first choice for Rehab help. A Big Thank You to everyone involved.

I am amazed at some of the negative reviews......????
My wife is being admitted today for her 3rd time (Parkinsons disease).
She has been in other Rehabs and we would not settle for any of them compared to Desert Canyon. Of course there are some problems but overall this is the best of all of them. The Doctors are attentive and the Nurses do the best they can.......not an E Z job.
The 'brass' (especially the case mgr. lead and the CEO) get kudos from us! ! !

The staff is very gentle and helpful. The nurses and therapists are great. I don't give them 5 stars because the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. My stepdaughter's room is very dirty. It arrived last night at 7 pm and today at 8 am when I arrived to visit I noticed the floor was too dirty, they charge a lot of money to not have efficient cleaning staff. A lot of dust all over the room.
