One of my favorite places in town, and two of the best people! Jessicas flow arts class is a must if youre a beginner like me. She will get you up to speed on the fundamentals and some fun tricks on different flow toys. Theyve done a great job putting together a place for the community, and they offer a range of activities from open gym, yoga, reiki, sound bath and more. Stop by, you will not be disappointed!

I received excellent yoga training from Jessica. I thought I was in good shape but I learned how I had room for improvement. Outstanding service and training all around! Highly recommended to anyone looking to better themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Jessica is an incredible instructor, she is very patient and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. I have been taking flow classes here for the past few months and gained so much knowledge. Chris is usually at the front desk and always makes me feel welcomed. The studio is a great space and super clean. The center offers so many classes my only issue is that I want to try them all. I highly recommend this studio for all levels.
