We were in need of an objective appraisal for a home purchase. We were very impressed and decided to give them the business. Tom has great insights when it comes to appraisals. He also has good integrity. I came to him seeking consultation on the value of a unique property before a refinance. He gave me excellent advice on the value of my property even when he knew I would not be needing an appraisal. It's rare to find someone who wants to provide as much value as they can for others and enjoy their craft. I will definitely go to Tom for any future appraisals and refer him to anyone who needs one.
