I cannot recommend Dallas Tung enough to anyone in need of a luxury real estate agent. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are completely satisfied. From start to finish, Dallas was there to answer any questions or concerns and offer both insightful information and helpful advice to enable confident decision-making every step of the way. The best advice he gave was to choose the neighborhood over the house. He further explained that the house cant be picked up and moved to the desired neighborhood, but a less than ideal house in the most coveted neighborhood can always be renovated to ones tastes and preferences. And that advice was taken to heart and THE reason this review is being written now! His attention to detail, honest straight-shooter communication style and deep understanding of houses was invaluable when viewing and deciding on houses, especially when he would point out negative aspects of how a home was built or renovated that could potentially be an issue in the future. Dallas expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market and industry as a whole are unparalleled to previous real estate agent experiences from past and there have been a handful from across the U.S.! What impressed me the most about Dallas was his level of dedication and commitment coupled with his wealth of knowledge. This was reflected in his lightning-quick responses to any inquiry posed to him from scheduling a viewing to look at any given house, which he would reply within minutes the confirmation for a specific date and time, to drafting an amendment the day before scheduled closing to ensure protection as the buyer to avoid delaying closing. There is no doubt he genuinely cares about his clients needs and loves what he does because he remained patient without applying any pressure or exuding frustration throughout the 1+ year long search of looking at a wide variety of houses and neighborhoods (even those that were not luxury by any means).
