Bryan Gwynn and the entire team at Urban Settlements are truly real estate professionals. They did a fantastic job of presenting our home for sale in the most efficient, effective manner using contemporary web techniques. As an example, we listed on a Thursday and began receiving offers by Sunday with a total of six by the following Tuesday. Bryan's wise counsel helped us select the best of the six, knowing buyer's strengths and weaknesses, resulting in an uneventful early escrow closing. We have bought and sold numerous properties and view Bryan and the Urban Settlements team to be highly professional, client-centric, knowledgeable real estate specialists demonstrating a high degree of integrity. We feel they are simply the very best and would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend going through Urban Settlements to anyone. Pamela Ross has been the absolute best property manager I have ever worked with. Not only did she go above and beyond getting our family in the perfect property but did so in a timely and professional manner. If there were ever any issues that came up we knew she was only a phone call away. If she missed our call (which seldom happened) she would get back to us that same day and typically within the hour.

I contacted Urban Settlements while I was on a military deployment half way around the world. I needed a new property management company and was worried because I was so far away!
