What a great experience using Heidi Watt for selling my home. Had an offer, and accepted in 2 days at market value. Closed within in 1 week. She walked me though all the steps, kept daily communication, and updates, even picked me up with taking me to the tilte company for closing. I highly recommend you use her. She is MINT!

Heidi is great to work with. She helped me find my first home and a few years later helped me sell it. Now I am looking for another house and she is very patient with me as I work through the process again of finding a new home. She is honest and knowledgeable about the areas I am looking, and is helpful and patient. She is my go-to realtor because she is honest and patient. Update, 8-23- After several months of searching for a home and several offers were not accepted, I finally bought a house. Heidi was instrumental in helping me with all that goes into finding to buying a house. All the inspections, what to look out for, and really has my back when making such a huge purchase.
