Im a plumber and just did a whole home repipe on a house that was flipped by Galindo group and I have never seen so many ticking time bombs waiting to happen. They redid a lot of the water lines in the most incompetent manner I have ever seen. They used shark bites all over the place. Had 4 shark bite fittings behind the wall right above a 250 volt outlet. Shark bites to the water heater and buried in the wall again. They had shark bites all over the bathroom and shoved wirsbo pipe inside of it as well. All these are floods waiting to happen. They flipped this house to the next people to deal with the flood waiting to happen. Thats crooked as can be. Due to all the issues the poor customer had to get a repipe done in their home. Not only is it expensive but very intrusive. We have to be there over a week digging in the ground and cutting out all the walls to run new pipe the proper way. If you are buying a new home that has any ties to Galindo Group then call out a real plumber and electrician to check everything for you.
