I've been in concrete resurfacing and restoration for over 20 years and I have a total of more than 40 years in the concrete industry. Around 18 years ago, I ran into Marty at the World of Concrete in Las Vegas and he told me about his products. I gave them a shot because everything else I was using at the time was failing.
I live in Idaho and we have brutal winters here. The biggest concern I have is getting call backs to fix jobs I've done, and I was getting a few--until I gave Performance Polymers a try. Now, no more call backs, and let me tell you, it's not just their products that are top-notch. Their service is terrific, as well.
I've been working with Kyle Hansen now for a number of years. He's 100% professional and always gets my product to me when I need it. And when times were hard during COVID, he found a way to keep me going. For that alone, I'll be forever grateful.
