        Hold time waiting on a scheduler is still ridiculous. Front office staff giggling and laughing about personal things while we waited to be checked in. Once checked in everything went perfectly. CT techs friendly, skilled and efficient. My particular tech was actually outstanding in greeting, explaining and running the test.

        Had an MRI on knee. The two radiologist were very kind and explained everything very well. Kept me as comfortable on that "hard" table as possible
