I want to recognize this company, especially my contact Mikhail as being the best I have encountered in the property management business. My wife and I have a rental in Mountains Edge with Mikhail and from onboarding us as a customers to serving us as owners, the experience has been impeccable. Mikhail has a professionalism and work ethic that is rarely encountered. He is one of those rarities you meet that lets you have faith he will be taking good care of you. He follows up and most importantly, follows through on what he promises. He is extremely organized and is great at setting expectations on what next steps are and when he will get an item done. Most importantly, he always has the owners best interest at heart and always share the valuable insight he has gained from his years of experience in the industry. He has been instrumental in helping me resolve various HOA situations that came up. If I get additional rental properties, I will definitely be placing them in Mikhails care as I have full trust and confidence in him and the company to make sure my rentals properties are able to be profitable and successful! We're appreciating our third year with Family Property Management's ("FPM") exceptional management service of our rental property and our tenant at a very competitive fee. Mikhail provides immediate attention to all property issues and consistently updates us from start to completion on any needed repairs. Monthly income/expense statements are clear, concise and always on time. An annual detailed property walk through is accomplished with photos and any necessary notations. Family Property Management cares for our property like it's their own!! Our thanks to Mikhail, Eddie and the FPM team for consistently great service!!

I wish every property management would give us the same quality, quick, and caring service that Family Property Management gave us during our stay in one of their managed houses in Las Vegas, Nevada.
