I'am a Tentant at one of the properties NAPM manages. The staff working at NAPM are very courteous and willing to help you with any issues you are having. Liza and Heather are helpful solving issues that has accrued with the unit I'm living in. Heather works very hard dealing with home warranty companies and third party vendors trying to solve the issues. Heather works with me on scheduling any repairs that need to be done so It's not an inconvenience to me. Once I fill out the maintenance request in the portal. Heather sends me an email letting me know she has schedule a vendor to come and look at the issue. Heather has always come through solving all the maintenance issues I have given her. Thank you Heather!
