Update: my son is now 5 and we still love coming here. He loves his teachers and they LOVE him. Even teachers who aren't regularly in his class give him hugs as we walk out. He still has an IEP and still struggles with impulse control. He's been sent home a few times for his behavior, but it was justified and they always follow up with us telling us how much they adore him that he just needed a break that day. We're so grateful for their patience with him and love each teacher has for him and all of the children. We've been bringing our 3.5 yo here for almost a year. He loves it. The teachers are very caring and warm and do an amazing job with him. He has an IEP for speech delay and sensory delay. He can be quite the handful and honestly, pretty unpleasant to be around at times. They take all of his outbursts in stride. Every day he is greeted with a hug and whenever I view his class on the webcam he's having a lot of fun. He's learned to count to ten in Spanish while attending Kidz in addition to other standard curriculum. That's a huge feat for a child with a speech delay in an all English speaking home. The teachers regularly tell the children that they love them, which I really adore. If I can't be with my child all day telling them they're loved, I'm happy the teachers are. They also offer lots of extracurricular activities at the school for an additional, but discounted cost. One big con for me is the turn over. It's a bit much, but in my opinion, no more than other daycare facilities. It is tough on special needs children though and something the industry as a whole needs to address. The door security system seems to always have issues, but when it's broken, I've never seen the front desk unmanned. They also have a secondary clock in, out system that provides a backup security with a locked door that you must have a code for. The administrators are really great communicators and I've never had to pry for information or felt like a burden for checking in on him.

At first I was skeptical about this school, considering I had read the reviews and it was my first time as a parent sending my daughter to school, but let me tell you this school is amazing and if I didnt have to leave the state I would continue sending my daughter there. My daughter was born with trisomy 21 (down sydrome) and they took of her as if she was their own daughter. They didnt treat her different they kept her In her age group despite that she wasnt fully potty trained yet they worked with me and with her for what was best for my girl and I can seriously say I love this place and the staff. If I ever move back I already know what school I would use. I highly recommend! If you have kids that have special needs dont think twice the staff is amazing, and will do right by ur child.

My daughter has been attending Kidz Kidz Kidz Preschool for about 6 months, she will be 2 in February of 2019. My childs mother and I are separated so this daycare being centrally located for us both worked best for us. Being one of many schools by this corporation in the Las Vegas valley I had faith that the care, teaching and attention to the childrens needs would be of the utmost importance, this turned out to not be the case at all. My daughter would be at kidz daycare approximately 4-6 hours a day 4-5 days a week. My first experience after my childs mom enrolled was that when picking up and dropping off the staff in the front, typically the assistant director and/or director were not really friendly, mainly a business attitude. Upon entering the toddler classroom which seemed always chaotic and almost unmanageable at times for the staff, I noticed kids that didnt seem to be getting the attention children of that age need and desire or really any attention/supervision at all. At kidz daycare they follow the 6 children to 1 teacher ratio and at the toddler level it just seems that the staff is overworked and the children are suffering. Cant fathom trying to systematically change six infants diapers while effectively supervising all children and provide a nurturing and learning environment. These previous comments are just observations and opinions, so now I want to divulge some things I personally have seen and experienced. A serious outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease that sickened many toddlers and required weeks of cleaning and attention to detail due to the lack of cleaning and attention to detail because of lack of appropriate or adequate staffing. It seems as if half the kids are always sick and the lack of attention to helping with wiping noses and cleaning hands leads to children with snot dripping down the front of them, toys and equipment covered in slobber and snot, because there is one teacher these sick toddlers share sippy cups, etc. my daughter is always sick, getting better or just getting over a cold. On one specific occasion on drop off the classroom was empty, the toddlers were outside, I proceeded to the playground and found her class, all 10 kids and one teacher. 10-1 ratio outside on a playground. Dangerous, unsafe, unfair to staff and kids and not in the guidelines as acceptable ratio. Upon drop off another day I witnessed two toddlers on top of a table playing in the toddler sink, not 2 minutes after entering the young girl toddler took a header off the table. Keep in mind 6-1, everything stops for that teacher, she runs to comfort and check the child. I have picked her up and have had to be told, shes been hit, or scratched near the eye, etc. not out of the ordinary for toddlers but I think overwork underpaid staff is the overall issue here. We are talking about children that cant speak, have numerous needs along with diapers that need frequent changing. I would also like to mention that the staff of the toddler room seems to be predominantly young women, maybe 18-25, no idea if they have kids or what their experiences with children of that age are. Ive expressed my varying concerns with the staff and the corporate office, two days after my call to corporate my childs mom picked up our daughter and was sent home with her sippy cup with that days date on it, upon closer inspection there was a mold spore the size of a quarter floating in the water and mold growing on the walls of the cup. Obviously this was a sippy cup that got left behind then the date changed and given to my daughter. The bottom line for me is as a parent, I wanna be able to drop my daughter off and feel like the environment Im providing is a safe, nurturing environment that provides room for learning and growth
