They Steal ! How can I file a complaint? They Stole my income tax check. Trying to say maybe it wa stole from my box. No damage on mailbox . No mail issue ever until the stupid irs decided to mail my income tax. They Steal ! Be careful with this place . They Steal They are thieves !

This is a very busy post office, as it covers a large heavily populated area in East Las Vegas. There is almost always a line to get to the counter, so plan on a wait. Luckily, they have a separate line for picking up held mail, certified mail, etc. They have boxes, envelopes, and other shipping related items in the lobby, so you can sometimes avoid the line for the counter. The USPS folks are, for the most part, helpful and "cordial," but they deal with a heavy dose of the public, so I always try and give them the benefit of the doubt.

Waited in line for half an hour. Double...triple checked their walk-in hours for a passport. We had everything ready in hand. Only need to swear in and sign. We were told once we got to the desk that their walk-in hours are closed. It was 11:15am. We advised that their walk in hours are posted til 12pm. She told us again that they were closed and try another branch if we would like, or to show back up next time at 8:30am. No hours or notifications posted anywhere within the building to avoid wasting our time. We also watched 3 other people go through the line and get photos taken and paperwork processed.

These drivers are getting just as lazy as the Amazon drivers are. So i have a package coming, and instead of the driver getting out and knocking on the door NOPE lets just put a "we missed you" note for a certified letter in the mailbox. Cuz your driver is lazy. Ridiculous, yes i know your route is too important to waste time getting out of the truck god forbid. I wouldn't want you to actually do your job correctly,
