        My husband and i went in today Jan 23,2024. We were trying to get a passport for our daughter. I recently did a full adult name change. There's a man there who looks like Uncle Ruckus from the boondocks with an atitude that's just as nasty. He wouldn't answer any questions and I'm just hoping my daughter's application gets accepted because he was short with us and just trying to get us out of the way. Long story short unless you know exactly what you're doing avoid that man at all cost. Go to the nice gentleman with the long salt and pepper locs. Good luck.

Mrs. Aracely's was charming and very kind, we went the day before to ask about our appointment to apply for the passport and she helped us a lot by telling us that we could do it without an appointment. We returned the next day and she was there to help us with everything and with a unique smile. We left there so happy, for having accomplished such an important procedure and for having been treated with so much love and respect. Thank you very much.
