        Unwilling to complete passport applications for two siblings after completing one for another because clerk was overly defensive about mistakes the customers made. When customer, not denying the mistake, tried to clarify how it occurred to avoid future mistakes, clerk was not cooperative and accused costumers of being argumentative.
